Returns
Items may be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is:
Unused and in original condition
Returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Not damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
Customized, printed, fabricated, or made-to-order products are non-refundable once production has started or artwork has been approved, unless the item is proven defective.
ARK VENTURES FZ-L.L.C reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Defective or Damaged Products
For defective or damaged items, customers may be requested to provide:
Order number
Proof of purchase
Photo or video of the issue
Complete delivery address
Contact number
This helps us evaluate and process replacement or refund requests efficiently.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days using the original payment method.
Defective products may qualify for a full refund or replacement.
Non-defective returns may exclude shipping, handling, installation, or delivery charges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective.
Order Cancellation & Amendments
To maintain fast production and delivery timelines, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production, printing, fabrication, or processing has started.
If an order has not yet entered production, cancellation requests may be reviewed at the discretion of ARK VENTURES FZ-L.L.C.
